1. Registration

    1.1 Registration can be made online or via the enrollment forms provided. Please email completed forms to info[at]nlpsgasia.com.
    1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about you as may be prompted by registration forms in the Website.

2. Pricing

    2.1 The training fees are currently set at $3,790, $2,790 and $1,100 for the NLP Master Practitioner Certification Training, NLP Practitioner Certification Training and Hypnotherapy & Timeline Certification Training respectively, but are subject to change at any time, and at the absolute discretion of MT.
    2.2 The Early bird incentive is only applicable for full payment or 0% installment plans (applicable only to Singapore-Issued Citibank and UOB Visa Credit Cards), made before the stipulated deadline.
    2.3 Full Time Students pay only 75% of the “Normal” training fees (please refer to 2.1). This is only applicable to the NLP Practitioner Certification Training and NLP Master Practitioner Training, and does not work in conjunction with other promotions.
    2.4 From time to time, MT may conduct special promotions with or without promotional partners. The promotional offers may apply to any training/workshop, depending on the exact promotion and at the full discretion of the company.

    3.2 We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.  

4. Confirmation of Enrollment

    4.1 You will receive an electronic mail notification within 36 hours of the successful enrollment. Instructions on collection/shipping of training manuals and assignments will be included.
    4.2 MT reserves the right to amend the course schedule, venue and/or trainer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be informed via electronic mail and/or telephone if such an event arises.

5. Accommodation and Travel

    5.1 You are to arrange your own travel and accommodation. However, MT can provide a list of recommended hotels.  

6. Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refund

    6.1 Your investment is absolutely risk-free as it is protected by our limited Money Back Guarantee. You may request for a refund at any time up till the last day of your training, if you deem the training irrelevant or non-beneficial to you.
    6.2 There is less administrative fee of $250 or $350 for the NLP Practitioner Certification Training and NLP Master Practitioner Training respectively, and/or bank charges (for credit card payments).
    6.3 You are required to complete and submit a Refund Form obtainable from MT.

7. NLP Practitioner Certification

    7.1 Certification is not an automatic process. It requires an overall minimum grade based on class attendance, written assignments, and demonstration evaluation.
    7.2 A minimum of 10 days of full attendance (9am – 6pm) is required in order for you to be evaluated. In the event that you miss more than 2 days of class, you are required to make up the days you have missed on the next intake.
    7.3 MT reserves the right to amend the course schedule, venue and/or trainer due to unforeseen circumstances.
    7.4 For foreign certification, such as those awarded by the Society of NLP and/or the American Board of NLP, an additional payment is required.  

8. Life/Career Coaches

    8.1 MT provides a list of life and career coaches on the website. Your correspondence or business dealings with them, are solely between you and them.
    8.2 The first 60 minutes will be a commitment-free consultation. Coach will assess the situation and suggest course of action, including number of sessions required. If comfortable, set the next appointment.
    8.3 You may end the coaching relationship at any time.
    8.4 Confidentiality is assured.

9. Corporate Training



Fees vary depending on the needs of the company.
    9.2 You are required to complete and submit a Training Needs Analysis so MT understands fully the training requirements.

There will be a 30% non-refundable engagement fee for the dates booked upon confirmation. Remaining training fees are to be paid in full 1 week after the completion of the workshop.

    9.4 Any cancellation of engagement must be given to MT 6 weeks prior to date of commencement. After which, the non-refundable engagement fee will be forfeited.
    9.5 Postponing of dates will be subject to trainer’s availability.
    9.6 Training proposals are to be kept confidential. They must not be released to other parties without seeking prior consent from MT.

10. Intellectual Property Rights/Proprietary Rights




You agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit or create derivative works of the Content of others, in whole or in part, by any means. You must not remove or modify an copyright or trademark notice, or other notice of ownership.
    10.2 All materials, concepts and information (“the Materials”) presented in connection with the program you are enrolling for, either orally, in writing, pictures, or in the form of training exercises, form the sole and exclusive property of MT, and that they are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
    10.3 You agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit or create derivative works in whole or in part, by any means, without first obtaining the written consent of MT. You understand and acknowledge that the Materials are intended solely for use in the program and for no other purpose.
    10.4 You agree not to deliver the Materials, in whole or in part, or any material derived from the foregoing to any other party, whether or not for financial gain.
    10.5 In the event of a refund, course manuals, starter kits, books and other materials received from MT during the enrollment shall be returned to MT along with all other Materials obtained during the course.

11. Content Submitted to MT



MT does not claim ownership of the Content placed on the website and shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Content. Unless otherwise stated, any Content you provide in connection with this website shall be deemed to be provided on a non-confidential basis. MT shall be free to use or disseminate such Content on an unrestricted basis for any purpose, and you grant MT an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, adapt, resell and publish such Content (including in digital form).
    11.2 You represent and warrant that you have proper authorization for the worldwide transfer and processing of any information that you have provided.
    11.3 MT reserves the right to edit or remove Content submitted.

You may find links to other Internet sites or resources on the website. Similarly, other sites may have links to MT website.
    12.2 You acknowledge and agree that MT is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. MT will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any actual or alleged damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

The Terms and Conditions is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
