Jacq Ong is a dynamic and passionate Life Performance Coach, Trainer and Consultant in experiential training and development.
Starting out as a secondary school Physical Education teacher in 1995, she obtained her first-class Honours degree in Physical Education Sports Science and Recreation Management from Loughborough University, UK, in 2000.
Upon her return, Jacq joined The Centre for Peak Performance as its peak performance coach and consultant. There, she specialised in the development and the delivery of performance enhancement coaching, training and consulting services for business executives and athletes to achieve high performance levels under pressure.
Between October 2002 and July 2005, Jacq was a lecturer with the National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI). There, she developed and conducted customised experiential training programmes for People’s Association staff, community leaders, corporate clients and student leaders in the areas of leadership, team effectiveness and mental skills training and coaching.
In August 2005, Jacq founded Jumpin’ Jacq, a company specialising in designing and delivering customised long-term peak performance and life performance programmes to athletes, performers, leaders, competitors, teachers, prison school students in various education institutions, community development councils and corporations.
Jacq is an associate trainer, coach and facilitator with Mind Transformations’ Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification courses and with Wand Inspirations’ social-emotional training. She is also a trainer with JobsFactory in the area of career coaching. Together with Tetra Excellence Consulting, she delivers training, coaching and facilitation programmes to the various divisions of the Singapore Armed Forces.
