Life, Career & Executive Development Coaching
“The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches, but to reveal to them their own.”
Benjamin Disraeli
Many find themselves at a crossroads in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. We are compelled to reconsider many things, including our inner fulfilment, finances, longer-term growth, and well-being. How might we bring forth our purpose and find meaning and sustainable happiness in what we do?
To empower people to thrive in this VUCA world, the focus has shifted from “fixing” people to cultivating individuals to express and exercise their full potential. This is where coaching comes in. Coaching is about moving forward—it’s about leveraging your experiences (good and bad) to better your future. It’s about choosing to live life proactively rather than reactively—in other words, it’s about actualising your future today.
Coaching skills are becoming an essential part of:
- Developing new habits, mindsets, emotional intelligence and communication skills that underpin one’s career growth in an organisation
- Parenting, raising self-reliant and self-motivated children
- Empowering students to bring out their best in their studies
- Helping one’s spouse, family and friends break through their personal and professional limitations
- Raising the bar in one’s sporting performance, e.g. in golf, tennis, bowling, soccer, etc.
- It is especially useful when the parties involved want an “equal” relationship, maintain objectivity, and are committed to accelerating their competence…
Life Coaching
The process of life coaching helps individuals harness their personal strengths and inner alignment and equips them with practical tools to overcome personal and situational challenges.

Becoming a Certified & Competent Coach
At Mind Transformations, our NLP and Coach Certification programmes are designed with the structural elements of coaching, such as how to structure a coaching conversation, emotion coaching, building trust, and coaching the subconscious patterns (limiting beliefs, personality structure, etc). Coaches develop the strategies and confidence to think and act on their feet; bringing clients from point A to point B, and helping them formulate their own winning strategies to reach their goals instead of problem-centred thinking.
Upon completion of the NLP training, coach practitioners could further their development with the associate coach training (which includes the intensive coaching foundations masterclass and practicum), then onwards to the systemic NLP coach masterclass and executive coach masterclass to gain finesse and the ability to coach a wide range of target audiences. Our coach training programmes are accredited by the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI) and are applicable to leaders, managers and individuals aspiring to be professional coaches.
Our coach training highlights a comprehensive three-pronged development for professional coaches:
- Acquiring the Multi-Intelligence NLP coaching tools & skills
- Gaining finesse to coach a wide range of clients (different backgrounds, industries, seniority, age)
- Developing the Way of Being of a Coach—the crucial factor that gives the coach credibility and confidence
