Reflecting on the NLE Training

What brought you to the NLE course?

The word "Neuro-Actionable" resonates with me. As a coach, I believe that we can become better versions of ourselves through action and practice, not just thinking. But how do we achieve that?

I've studied NLP with Mind Transformations for over 7 years, and it has been incredibly valuable for my career. I trust the team to deliver the best for their participants.

I had no doubts about the content or the trainers. My only concerns about joining the programme were my English skills and the cultural differences. English isn't my first language, and I wasn't sure if Singaporean and Thai cultures would reflect the same patterns or types in the Enneagram.

What did you discover when you joined?

Joining the programme, the differences in English and culture weren’t an issue at all. The trainers explain everything in clear and easy-to-understand English. Whenever I didn't fully grasp something, the trainers, facilitators, and even my classmates were always ready to help. It was a very positive environment for learning and self-development.

The most significant shifts that I have experienced in my NLE journey are:

Knowing Myself Better: I've unlocked what’s been holding me back for years. I now understand my true motivations, which helps me manage my emotions and find the energy to get things done.

Understanding Others: I've developed a better understanding of people with different Types and worldviews. It has improved my interactions with others and, more importantly, made my life happier.

Coaching Others: The NLE profile report and NLE cards are like secret weapons for coaching. They help me achieve tangible results and actionable outcomes. They've also enhanced my coaching sessions, making it easier to communicate with my coachees.
