Course Overview


Personal Effectiveness & Reflexivity using Enneagram trains your ability to do two things at the same time: look within yourself and also moderate your impact on others.


This is a hands-on, experiential learning programme that offers simulations and brain-based learning, where you will notice your patterns and current reflexive ability. Coupled with learning about your Enneagram personality structure, NLP patterns and other psychological traits, you will be able to assess your concept-of-self, the unconscious motivation that drives your thinking, feelings, actions and relationship with others. 


You will be introduced to the Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE). Developed by Mind Transformations, NLE merges Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the Enneagram. This unique approach empowers individuals to appreciate the nuances of personality limitations and opportunities, utilising NLP to overcome inherent challenges.


Course Objectives


You will discover the cognition, emotional and behavioural patterns that recur across your professional activities and practice - why you perform better in certain situations and struggle with certain relationships and experience repetitive challenges. You will learn to apply strategic actionables that help you overcome your limitations.


The knowledge and practice you gain from the course will empower you to develop your in-the-moment awareness, recognise impact and consequences more effectively, and make intentional choices or adjustments that improve working relationships and work outcomes.

Course Outline


  • Identify an individual’s concept-of-self to develop awareness on its impact to others.
  • Apply tools and techniques to perform self-assessment and self-monitoring.
  • Apply critical reflection to process limiting aspects of an individual’s concept-of-self for personal competence development.
  • Interpret supervision and feedback for continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Identify and acquire additional competencies and development needs to enhance effectiveness in professional practice.
  • Apply adjustments to behavioural markers to enhance professional effectiveness in accordance with ethical principles and code of practice.

Joseph Chng

Joseph Ch'ng

Joseph is an NLP & ICI Coach Trainer with 10 years of business leadership experience. He has certified over 300 practitioners in professional coaching, people skills, and profiling.


He specialises in applying NLP with multiple disciplines, including systems thinking, experiential learning, the Enneagram, Polarity Thinking, Agile, and Tai Chi.

Joseph’s clients include Boston Consulting Group, Hilti, BNP Paribas, Tapestry, F5 Networks, Changi Hospital Group, SGX, Pulau Sambu, EDB, and GovTech.

Certification


Participants who have successfully demonstrated competence in all the knowledge and skills requirements in this programme will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). 

Certificate of Completion from Mind Transformations

  • Upon meeting at least 100% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Mind Transformations.

Additional Details


The course will be conducted in English.

  • Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
  • Basic IT proficiency that extends to the use of the internet, email, Microsoft Word, Google Forms or its equivalent software

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents 

  • From 1 October 2023, attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore's (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via the Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses

  • Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments, and attain 100% competency

  • Mind Transformations reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents

Absentee Payroll (AP) Funding:

  • $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year.
